Through a joint venture between Stormcraft Studios and Microgaming, Jungle Jim makes a comeback after three years of its debut on the online gambling arena.
November has been marked out for the official release of the slot, though there was a sneak peek at the Amsterdam iGB Live in July this year. The Successful Squad
The software developer, Stormcraft Studios, Microgaming’s long time business partner, that recreated Agent Jane Blond, 10 years after its actual release and made ‘Fortunium’ inspired by steam-punk, has been handed over the game by Microgaming, though little else is known about the sequel.
Jungle Jim and the Lost Sphinx was displayed on a specially erected podium and going by the marketing campaign the slot will most likely overtake the success of Jungle Jim El Dorado, the 2016 version.
The mysteries of Ancient Egypt will be solved on a rolling reel grid of 5x5 and 50 paylines, by the imaginary character. No further details have been divulged and Microgaming slot fans are anxiously waiting for the suspense to end after three months. Though the common man is still without a clue, iGB Live! 2019 guests were lucky enough to get a preview of the teaser-promo.
As per Jean-Luc Ferriere, Chief Commercial Officer at Microgaming the second part of the story “boasts extraordinary artwork” raising the bar in the area of software designing and graphic narratives.
Identity of Jungle Jim
Countering the popularity of Tarzan, Jungle Jim was created as a macho character for adventure related comic books printed between the period 1934 and 1954. Jim Bradley, also known as Jungle Jim was an Asian hunter, who very often got into fights with slave traders, the Japanese (at the start of WWII) and pirates; nothing like the Lord of the Jungle.
Johnny Weissmuller, a cinematic star popular for his role in Tarzan movies and character roles in B-grade films from 1948 to 1955 was instrumental in breathing life into Jungle Jim.
Stormcraft Studios Profile
The remarkable work done by Stormcraft Studios for Microgaming, grabbed the deserved recognition from the wager industry despite being a fresh gaming developer of South Africa. A newbie notwithstanding, being set up only in 2016, the company has the requisite experience and hunger for originality.
The absolute latest releases of the studio are Break Away Deluxe and Dragon Shard, the former letting players decide their paylines between 18, 38, 68 & 88.
