Nolimit Rides West Again

Master of the strange, spooky, and quirky, Nolimit City, is back with a new, gritty western-themed slot, joining its list of gunslingin’ titles, Deadwood, Tombstone, and Tombstone-RIP.

The new game, Little Bighorn, is inspired by the historic Battle of Little Bighorn, a prominent American military event, also known as Custer’s Last Stand.

Join the fray with the Arapaho, Northern Cheyenne, and Lakota Sioux tribes, plus the 7th Cavalry Regiment, to repel the United States Army and receive huge rewards.

The game’s 3-4-5-3-2 grid arrangement includes 360 paylines and Nolimit’s thrilling xMechanics come out to play, including the new Scalp xBet and xMount enhancements.

Totem scatters transform into nudged wilds and expand to fill entire reels, special No Mercy symbols trigger wild and multiplier-infused respins, and two versions of the bonus round include rising multipliers and more expanding wilds.

This highly volatile slot has a top possible payout of 25 676x your bet, so now’s the time to battle it out.

Per Lindheimer, the Product Owner at Nolimit City, said,

"We thought General Custer got way too much attention in the Battle of Little Bighorn, time to praise the victorious war chiefs, including our own mighty warrior from Deadwood. Little Bighorn is not your typical western slot. It’s highly volatile, and one which truly captures the essence of all-out battle."

Yggdrasil and Bang Bang Games show their true face

Joining the legion of spooky seasonal fare, Yggdrasil and YG Masters partner, Bang Bang Games have trotted out a Halloween title that looks at the lighter side of the holiday. The new game is titled Jekyllz Wild Ultranudge and hosts some exciting features to go with its effervescent theme.

The game is inspired by the iconic literary tale of Dr Jekyll or Mr Hyde and takes place across a 5×4, 40 payline grid. The Ultranudge feature transforms wild symbols that form part of winning combinations into Jekyll or Hyde, and nudges all the symbols in view down one position on the reels, setting off an increasing multiplier that gets bigger with every nudge-accompanied winning spin.

The game also features a Potion Cash enhancement, which is a money-collect feature where you can gather random potions worth up to 50x your bet. Land three bonus symbols, to set off a free spins round where the Ultranudge feature activates on every win, whether or not wilds appear.

Stuart McCarthy, the Head of Product & Programs at Yggdrasil, said,

As Halloween creeps upon us, we thought it was the perfect time to launch the ever so devious Jekyllz Wild Ultranudge. Players will be keeping an eye out for the nefarious Mr Hyde, as he increases the multiplier in search of huge wins!

Voice from Beyond Inspires Big Win

North Carolina resident, Stephanie Israel received otherworldly urging that saw her land a big last-minute lottery win, worth over half a million dollars.

It was late at night, and I was lying in bed and the spirit just told me to go online and buy one. There was only four minutes left until the drawing. The next morning, she got an email notification that she had won US$501,544.” Israel recalled.

When I went in and saw it, I screamed for like 20 minutes. I think I scared my family a little bit,” she added.

The lucky winner also shared that she is always coming up with new business ideas, and the winnings will help with future endeavours.

Ontario Winner is 2 for 3

Patricia Richards from London, Ontario, took home a $363,117.50 lottery jackpot only three years after claiming an even more impressive $726,235 prize. Richards’ latest win was a result of the September 23 Lotto Max draw.

"I was at the store checking my ticket and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I was in shock," Richards explained. Her previous, larger win came from playing Encore in 2019, making her doubly blessed over such a short period.

Richards informed her son of her good fortune after finding out.

"He couldn't believe this was happening. We went over the winning numbers together. I never dreamed this would happen, let alone twice," she exclaimed.

The winner also revealed that she will put her winnings towards a new house and maybe even a Hawaii vacation.

New Slots Arriving at Alberta’s Track On 2

Alberta locals are in for a treat as the area’s premier racetrack and entertainment destination, Track On 2, is close to completing its gaming expansion. The facility’s new Horse Racing and Event Centre will feature 80 slot machines, along with eight VLTs. The devices are currently going through preliminary testing, and players can get their hands on them from October 28, 2022, according to co-owner Kurt Belich.

In a recent update, Belich also mentioned that 50 of the new slot machines are currently installed, under the supervision of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis, and that the other 30 will be added shortly.

To make way for this expansion, the venue’s Funky Monkey Kitchen and Bar has been relocated to an upper level. The upgrades will include updated tech that allows players to transfer winnings between slot machines and devices with double progressive jackpot games, for even bigger winning chances.
