This deal gives Greentube its first opportunity to compete in the Canadian online gaming market and the Crown corporation can now offer Greentube’s vast catalogue of games to local players on its PlayNow.com online gaming platform.
Greentube’s extensive catalogue includes Social Casino games, Video Bingo, Table Games, Online Video Slots, Server-Based Gaming, and AWP Reloaded Slots, among others. The developer’s titles are accessible across various platforms, including online, live in-person, and mobile options.
Greentube is a division of NOVOMATIC Interactive and offers online casino entertainment that is safe, fair, and regulated. The developer’s titles include popular games like Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe, Book of Ra Deluxe, Sizzling Hot Deluxe, and the fan-favourite Diamond Link series of games.
A crucial development
The partnership between Greentube and the crown corporation came about thanks to a partnered integration with Scientific Games’ OpenGaming system. In a statement released by the BCLC, It is stated that the Greentube deal is the first step in boosting the selection of entertainment on the platform.
Greentube’s CFO, Michael Bauer, said that the partnership is an important milestone and that the BCLC is the first corporation to offer Greentube’s content to the North American market, signalling great news for the company’s expansion strategy.
He added that this represents a firm commitment to a legally regulated online gambling market in Canada and that Greentube’s content is an ideal fit as it is designed for the tastes of North American gamers.
A diverse platform
With a flourishing variety of online gaming titles, the BCLC’s PlayNow.com platform also offers premium sports betting options.
The crown corporation’s Stanley Cup odds were recently announced and with Canadian hockey failing to claim first place in the competition since 1993, a frenzy of excitement has emerged. This is due to the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs both being headed to the second round divisional matchups as wagering gets underway at PlayNow.com.
