NetEnt, the Swedish casino software provider, has initiated the process of incorporating the Isle of Man game studio, Red Tiger, since its purchase in September 2019, putting over a hundred jobs at stake with most of the employees being laid off at the company’s headquarters in Stockholm.
The complete reshuffle is with an aim to improvise the company’s market and overall competence. According to NetEnt, Red Tiger’s prospects are huge. The purpose of the amalgamation of the two companies is to enhance every aspect of the business and solidify its brand value.
The potential annual earnings of the business are set to be at SEK 150 Million following this incorporation.
Therese Hillman, CEO of NetEnt commenting on the proposition, stated: “Red Tiger owners will now become NetEnt shareholders with the completion of the next chapter of the merger.”
“The unification will definitely bring out the best of both sides and will enhance our place as the online casino chief.”
