NorthStar Gaming has announced a multichannel partnership that it recently signed with Playtech to have its IMS platform, casino, live casino, poker and bingo technology launched in Canada.
The deal gives NorthStar the systems and platform to offer a Canadian-customised online casino and sports betting service, contingent on the firm securing the necessary regulatory approvals and licensing.
Mor Weizer, the CEO at Playtech commented, saying,

NorthStar is an Ontario-based online betting brand and sportsbook which has a partnership with TorStar Corporation. This alliance means that NorthStar can leverage its partner’s media solutions, news and sports sites, and social assets to offer customers “an all-encompassing online casino and sports betting experience.”
