Great Canadian Gaming which is actually a gaming corporation of British Columbia origin has bought the privately owned New Brunswick Casino that came into existence in the year 2010.
Great Canadian Firm’s Chief executive officer and President, Mr Rod N Baker declared that this deal of acquisition by Great Canadian firm will definitely create value for them. He further added that by purchasing Casino New Brunswick they will be able to expand their Canadian operations.
The CEO of Great Canadian Gaming Firm gladly announced that acquisition of New Brunswick Casino has been a special event for them because it is a top quality casino game which fulfills the entertainment needs of the guests from Moncton as well as other guests coming from the adjoining areas of Atlantic Canada. Mr Rod N Baker welcomed the entire team of CNB along with its 400+ employees on board of the Great Canadian Team.
This deal was executed by adhering to all the requisite laws and regulations laid down by the New Brunswick Lotteries Gaming Corporation. The deal is expected to get closed legally by 2015 itself, as sources have pointed out.
Maria Klyuev, the spokesperson, representing Clairvest, a partner company of Sonco, denied talking further on this deal because she thinks it is too early to speak on this matter as the deal is yet to get approved by the government of New Brunswick.
Klyuev accepted that the sole reason behind this deal is the handsome amount offered by Great Canadian Gaming.
She also cleared that the other casino of Sonco based in Edmundston does not fall within the scope of this deal. One such casino which has not been acquired by Great Canadian Firm is The Grey Rock Entertainment Centre.
New Brunswick casino started it journey in the year of 2010. Every year a part of their revenue goes to the provincial government.
Approximate value of generated revenue of this casino in 2014 was 38 million USD.
