Crucial Compliance, a Gibraltar based safer gambling consultancy, has developed the first-ever behavioural-based monitoring system for player protection from scratch.

Crucial Player Protection (CPP) aims to allow gaming companies to comply with regulations and encourage a safer gambling environment.

CPP employs player behaviour monitoring via advanced modelling and includes holistic player management tools that provide compliance teams with data that they can use to monitor and interact with players.

The system tracks and evaluates customer behaviour changes by tracking their actions over time. This means that harmful play that leads to gambling-related harm can be detected early on.

The system is adaptable and will be able to efficiently encompass the constantly update regulations across all markets, allowing it to be customised for individual product verticals across a single-player view.

By allowing for the tracking of internal processes and interactions, CPP reassures operators that the information is always accurate.

Paul Foster, the CEO at Crucial said, “We see a shift in the global gambling industry towards a more sustainable way of conducting business. Player protection is no longer a ‘nice to have’ but an essential part of any business model. With regulators often retrospectively changing their expectations, it is important that operators have an easy solution to track customer behaviour and interact in the right way at the right time. This software allows you to do just that.”

Andy Masters COO at Crucial stated, “Your team’s goal is to prevent Gambling Related Harm and manage it accordingly. We are very proud that we have developed a system that gives you a bird’s eye view of where you are in relation to your compliance goals and minimalising risk to both players and operators. Our commercial model is simple; from fully supported and fully integrated right through to whole solution outright purchase or a mixture of both.”
